We want you to enjoy your stay but ask you to observe the following conditions which are for the benefit of others and the good management of Warren Farm Holiday Centre.
Prices are per week and include V.A.T., electric, gas and bed linen (duvets), but towels and tea towels are not provided.
Bookings are from 3pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure.
Deposits are set at £50.00 per weekly booking or full amount for short breaks and after your booking has been confirmed is not refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of payment is due 21 days before arrival, reminder invoices will not be issued.
On no account may the number of berths of the caravan be exceeded. Please note that two bedroom caravans are four berth and three bedroom caravans six berth. Sleeping in the lounge area is not permitted.
The park is for families and couples only, groups of young people will not be admitted.
Sorry no pets are accepted on Isis Park.
Any breakages must be reported to Reception immediately and paid for to the satisfaction of the management before leaving.
Please respect the occupiers of other caravans on the park, keeping noise to a minimum especially after 10pm. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the park or comfort of other visitors.
Guests are requested not to smoke inside caravans for the comfort of other users.
Commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted on the park, only exceptional circumstances will be considered by prior arrangement with the management.
The caravans are inspected on your departure. Please do not spoil the pleasure of the next occupants by leaving caravans dirty. The management reserves the right to enter the caravan at any time for service or repairs.
Day visitors are welcome at no extra charge but must observe any site rules and are not allowed to stay overnight.
Chinese lanterns can be dangerous on site and in the countryside generally and are therefore not allowed to be used on the park.
Travel cots are available for hire at Reception for £9.00 per week, please pre-book if required.
At The Beachcomber entertainment complex, please note that children are allowed in the main Cabaret Bar every evening except for Saturday's when it is restricted to over 12's. Alternative entertainment suitable for families is provided in the adjoining Pirates' Cove area. Children must be accompanied by a suitable adult in the Beachcomber.
During quiet periods it may be necessary to reduce the opening hours of certain facilities depending on the number of bookings.
Any personal belongings left behind in caravans must be claimed within two weeks of departure.
All persons staying on or visiting the park use the facilities entirely at their own risk, Warren Farm Holiday Centre cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property.
In the event of any serious breach of the above conditions, Warren Farm Holiday Centre reserves the right to terminate a holiday and ask offenders to leave the park.
