Great site, near beach and has its own bar on site and takeaway. Ideal for my first solo camp trip as felt safe with plenty of people around. Facilities cleaned regularly. Reception area good. Has camping areas which allow dogs and some that don't. Fishing available at the lakes on the park. Childrens play areas, indoor and outdoor and a pets corner! Very close to the beach, has its own footpaths onto the beach. Bus stop just outside the entrance for bus to Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare. Great site, would stay there again.
This was our first visit to Warren Farm although a regular visitor to Brean. Stayed during the October half term week. Site review - Pitched on the Sunnyside field 11, this is a small walk from the main entertainment complex but close to the Chinese / Fish and chip shop. Pitches are allocated on arrival but they allow entrance up to 10 at night. We picked a pitch on the boundary which at night you could see the Weston pier and wheel illuminated. Pitches had plenty of room for van awning car etc. All pitches grass mostly even with some of the outside pitches with slight slopes. Dogs welcome on leads with a large dog exercise field attached. In the middle of the park there are swings etc for children to play on. Toilet facilities were modern and were continually cleaned to high standards. There is a 50p charge for a 7 minute shower. The field has its own reception staff separate to the main park who were friendly and helpful. Several shops on site catering for all essentials. Beach over road from park. Out and about - Brean leisure park a hit with the kids at 20 pounds for a wrist band and being October not much waiting for rides. Burnham / Weston Super Mare just a short drive away. Brean down inn - this pub is not part of Warren farm but is next to the Chip shop and Chinese. The pub has a friendly atmosphere and serves a good menu. They also allow dogs into the conservatory area. Overall - Excellent site and good value for money.
Stopped for 2 nights in a tent with 2 children aged 2 and 6. Brilliant weather which helped. Could not fault the site. Lots of toilets and very clean throughout. Nearby pub was brilliant for the kids and food was very good and not badly priced. Beach literally over the road and was beautiful. For the money it was fantastic and will definitely go again next year. Remember to book though very popular.
Just got back from a 3 night stay at warren farm with our 2 young children, 3 years and 4 months. Found it a lovely park. Reception were friendly, shop had everything you could possibly need. Toilet block was lovely and clean even though it was busy and found the baby baths with baby change bench fantastic (really lovely touch). We were in field 6 and could let our 3 year old play on the park while we watched from the van. Lovely family site would recommend to anyone especially with young children.

We have stayed at Warren Farm on several occasions. The site is always clean and well looked after. We always stay on field 3 as we have two dogs. The toilet block is always clean and water is always hot. The playbarn is ideal for the children. The beach is just across the road. There is an area for walking the dogs. The lake area is lovely to walk around and very relaxing. The shop on site has all essentials. There is a take away on site. At the entrance is a pub that serves food and also has nightly entertainment. This is always busy. Would certainly return and would recommend this site.
We've just returned from 6 days at Warren Farm, and wow what a great place. We went as 2 families, with 6 children aged between 3 and 12, and a grandparent ! and everyone enjoyed their stay. For younger kids there was a play area just in front of our tent, soft play and small animals, and for the older ones there is an amusement area and footie pitch. The on site shop is very reasonably priced, as is the pub next door (food in there is great). The pitches are very flat and although the site was busy, there is ample space between pitches. The staff and wardens keep the whole site clean and tidy, and the toilet block is amazing. Definitely worth paying 50p for a hot shower ! This site is now firmly on the 'to return to' list, as there were so many things we didn't manage to do whilst we were there.
Fantastic stay at Warren Farm. Beachcomber pub was excellent value for money. Beautiful foods served, the fantastic chef accommodated our Autistic son, without any groans etc. On the sunday carvery our son will eat only meat & mash potato, but the chef sorted him out with plenty of meat, also I have to recommend the lamb & mint pie. All totally delicious! Warren Farm have a small ice cream parlour next to the pub, I also have to recommend their cream tea, this was 2.69, but you had a massive mug of tea or coffee, a large fruited scone, large helping of clotted cream & a mini jar of strawberry conserve. This was so delicious and a really good price too. We stayed on field 3, there was a large toilet block with plenty of loos, 10 showers, 2 vanity units, approx 10 handbasins, a large crock sink to wash babies in, 2 disabled loos & bathrooms, attached to this was a laundry with 3 washers & 3 dryers in. It was 2 pounds for washing which took aprox 30 mins & 50p per 20 mins to dry. Next to the laundry all attached to the same toilet block was an indoor dish wash room, free hot water oh yes there were 2 sinks for washing clothes in too. Iron hire available from reception. In the ladies toilets there were 4 free hairdryers!Showers are 50p, there is a delay timer to enable you to put your money in the correctly numbered shower, then it comes on automatically, just the right temperature & is then on for 8 minutes, at the end it just stops! Fantastic family site, has lots of fields, accepts pets, got a dog walking area, friendly helpful staff at reception. All in all a must visit!
Very clean, well kept site just outside the busy tourist area in Brean which we loved. We stayed in a spotless caravan on Isis Park at low season but would come back with a tent in warmer weather. The site is very well maintained with great washroom facilities. Our little girl loved going to see the animals!

This has to be the cleanest and well set out site we have been to. Pitches are flat and a good size. Plenty for the kids to do, they loved The Play Barn! Very close to the beach and other amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this site, we had a great fortnight. Thanks!

Just come back from Warren Farm, our first family camping experience. What a great place to start, clean and friendly and everything you need in one place. Four families of us went and had a great time, four teenagers that didn't get bored...amazing!!! Special thanks to Margaret, a friendly face first thing in the mornings - by the way we are going back.

I enjoy the park very much, there is lots to do and I love the scenery especially from our caravan window, over looking the two horses that stay in the paddock.
