We want you to enjoy your stay but ask you to observe the following conditions, which are for the benefit of others and the good management of Warren Farm Holiday Centre.
Prices include V.A.T. and are per night for one unit (ie. car and caravan or car and tent or motorhome).
Please ensure pets are kept on leads at all times and not allowed to foul the park or annoy others, large exercise areas are provided. Please do not leave pets unattended. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the park any dog which it considers inappropriate as a family pet or a danger to others.
A strict 10mph speed limit applies on the park at all times.
Please respect the occupiers of other units on the park, keeping noise to a minimum especially after 10.00pm. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the park or comfort of other visitors.
Council regulations insist that the park is for holiday use only, therefore working or trading from the park is not permitted.
Families and couples only, no groups of young people will be admitted.
For the comfort of other visitors we ask guests to arrive before 10.00pm. If you wish to arrive later please use the car park opposite the main entrance.
For security the main gates are locked nightly, if guests wish to leave the park before 8.00am please use the car park on the night of departure.
During high season only, guests are requested to vacate their pitch by 11.00am on the day of departure.
Commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted on the park, only exceptional circumstances will be considered by prior arrangement with the management.
Continental caravans must be approved by the management prior to arrival, pitches are not suitable for caravans with the main door on the off side.
Chinese lanterns can be dangerous on site and in the countryside generally and are therefore not allowed to be used on the park.
We cannot reserve a particular pitch but will endeavour to put you in the field of your choice and keep groups of families and friends together. This cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.
Disabled pitches are available near the facility blocks in Fields 5 and 6 only, but may only be booked by disabled badge holders.
At The Beachcomber entertainment complex, please note that children are allowed in the main Cabaret Bar from Monday to Thursday, however it is restricted to over 12's (accompanied by a suitable adult) at weekends. Alternative entertainment suitable for younger children is provided in the Pirates' Cove area.
During quiet periods it may be necessary to reduce the opening hours of certain facilities depending on the number of bookings.
Deposits are not refundable after your booking has been confirmed, and pitch fees cannot be refunded for inclement weather.
All persons staying on or visiting the park use the facilities provided entirely at their own risk, Warren Farm Holiday Centre cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property.
In the event of any serious breach of the above conditions, Warren Farm Holiday Centre reserves the right to terminate a holiday and ask offenders to leave the park.
